I spent 6 months trying to build a perfect morning routine before a single 5am alarm going off showed me the flaw.
My plan to become a '5am person' failed because I was trying to force a system built for someone else's life, not mine, so what's a realistic first step that actually sticks for you guys?

What's the one thing you actually want to do with that extra morning time? Start by just doing that for 15 minutes at whatever time you naturally wake up, forget the 5am label. The goal is the activity, not the clock.

Totally stealing that idea. The whole 5 a.m. thing just makes me feel guilty before I even start. But 15 minutes to read a book with my coffee, that actually happens. Did it this morning with a novel I keep ignoring. Felt like a tiny win instead of another failed plan.
