Look into Ace Garage Storage. They specialize in motorized lifts and they are built like tanks. I use one for my heavy camping bins and it lifts them without breaking a sweat.

I agree, the motorized hoists from them are fantastic. No more risking my neck on a ladder. I also ended up getting one of their outdoor sheds for the lawn mower so I could free up even more floor space.
