Tried a standing desk after years of saying they were a gimmick

I always thought standing desks were just for tech bros who wanted to look busy. My back started killing me after sitting 10 hours a day editing videos. Borrowed a friend's old motorized one for a week and now I can't go back. My productivity actually went up, who would have guessed. Anyone else change their mind on something they swore they'd never use?

3 days of that exact mistake taught me the hard way. @hill.barbara, now I just stand anyway and suffer through it, because sitting actually makes the nerve pinch WORSE somehow.
