Honestly, she's more stressed now, skipping meals to drive, and our family fights over last-minute babysitting. I disagree that this setup helps family life... it feels like the job runs the home instead.

What good is flexibility if you're never home?

Seriously? Flexibility means you set your own hours. You can be home whenever you need. If someone's never home, that's on them, not the job. I know guys who work nights to see their kids during the day. How is that not being home?
