Found a clip of that lost 1990s cartoon I'd sworn was a dream

I was digging through old VHS tapes at my parents' house in Toledo last weekend, just looking for home movies, and I found a 30-second recording of this weird cartoon called 'The Bleep Brothers' that I remembered from when I was 7. The tape was labeled 'kids stuff 1994' and it had this grainy, static-filled clip where they're sliding down a rainbow escalator... I had to rewind it three times to make sure I wasn't imagining it. Has anyone else stumbled across a random fragment of something they thought was lost to time?

You ever hear about that old "Space Cats" cartoon from the 90s? My buddy swears he found a taped episode in his grandma's basement once, but the tape was so chewed up it just showed like 10 seconds of a cat playing a laser guitar before it snapped.

Oh man, @xenan64, that laser guitar bit reminds me of something weird. My friend Dave swears he dug up a VHS tape from a yard sale labeled "Space Cats - Pilot" and popped it in his old VCR. It was all static and then a cat with a space helmet started meowing some kind of song before the tape just died. He tried taking it to a shop to fix it but they said it was too far gone. Now he keeps the tape on his shelf like some kind of lost treasure.
