Found a hidden pipe leak by checking my water meter at 2am
Woke up to use the bathroom and heard water running. Checked the meter outside and it was spinning even with everything off. Saved myself $400 in potential foundation damage by catching it early. Has anyone else tried the midnight meter trick?
