Lowered my truck 2 inches now I'm hitting every speed bump in the city
I dropped my 2015 F-150 with Belltech springs two months ago and it looks great, but now I'm scraping on moderate dips and even some parking lot entrances. Did you guys choose function over form when lowering yours, or did you find a setup that keeps the stance without the headache?

My 2014 F-150 sits 2.5 inches lower on Eibach springs and I scrape on every steep driveway in my neighborhood. The look is worth it to me, but I had to change my route to work to avoid a specific dip that was tearing up my front bumper. I ended up adding a pair of skid plates underneath, helps with the noise at least.

Dude come on, is it really that bad? I lowered my 2012 Silverado about 2 inches years ago and yeah I scraped sometimes but it wasnt like a whole lifestyle change. Changing your route to work just to avoid a dip? That seems extreme. I mean unless youre driving a full on lowrider with oil pans hanging off the bottom, a little scrape now and then is just the price of looking good. Skid plates feel like overkill too, just let the bumper take the hits and move on.
