My neighbor Marie was right about meal prepping on Sundays
She kept telling me for months to set aside 2 hours on Sunday. I ignored her. Ordered Thai and pizza 4 times last week. Cost me $72 total. Finally tried her method yesterday, made 5 lunches in under an hour. Anyone else have a neighbor who won't let up with good advice?

Right? @emmap16 said it better than me tbh. My neighbor Mike kept telling me to use a slow cooker for years and I ignored him. Finally tried it last month. Now I'm the one texting people "just throw some chicken and salsa in there and walk away." Marie's advice probably saved you like fifty bucks a week easy. That Thai pizza lifestyle hits hard but ain't sustainable.

Oh man, isn't it always the pushy neighbor who ends up being right? My neighbor Dave spent three summers trying to get me to try his compost bin setup. I just kept nodding and throwing my scraps in the trash. Finally caved last fall and built one myself. Now I'm the one giving unsolicited advice about dirt. But seriously, Marie sounds like a gem. A meal prep neighbor is better than a garden hose neighbor any day. I bet she's got a Tupperware lid collection that would make Marie Kondo jealous. Glad you finally listened, even if it took a $72 Thai pizza bill to wake you up.
