AGREE with @jamie_clark completely. That JUNK design should never have cost extra in the first place. Companies bake these weird choices into the price and act like it's normal. Then they charge us AGAIN when they fix their own mistake. It's a classic double dip that SCREWS over everyone. We need to CALL this out every time it happens.

But we're all borrowing from something, right? The real test is whether the final thing feels true to you, not where the first piece came from. Getting too hung up on origins just stops the work from happening.
