Built-in USB ports are becoming a standard request in my shop

Lately, almost every kitchen remodel I quote includes a request for hidden phone chargers. It makes sense with everyone having so many gadgets, but it adds a new step to the design. How are you all handling the wiring for these in solid wood cabinets?
