Why does nobody talk about the cost of those quick-fix roof sealants?
I mean, I dropped $300 on a 'pro-grade' spray kit from a big box store to seal my flat roof near UNM, and it peeled off after maybe two good rains. The guy at the counter swore it was a permanent fix, but idk, maybe it's just me but that feels like a total scam. Has anyone actually had a good result with those, or should we all just skip straight to calling a real roofer?

What did you expect for a quick fix? Those things are just a band-aid.
