Our local AI writer called the bake sale "a synergistic flour-based transactional event" last month. It described old man Henderson's prize roses as "optimized botanical decor." Next thing you know it'll tell us the pothole on Main Street is "a dynamic asphalt void opportunity." Feels like reading a robot's bad impression of a human.

Get why that feels like a robot trying too hard. Honestly, the AI probably learned from business reports and official docs. Tbh, using big words for simple things just makes it hard to relate. Ngl, even people do this when they want to sound important. The main problem is it misses the point of talking like a regular person. If we keep pointing out how silly it sounds, maybe the programmers will fix it.
