Wait, susan424 thinks cornstarch feels weird? I put a whole tablespoon in my rub and it's perfect.

Cornstarch is just a weird hack. Makes the texture feel off. I'd rather just cook it longer or use a higher heat.

Honestly I used to think cornstarch was weird too but @taylor.susan convinced me to try a tablespoon and it changed my mind.
