Tried frozen chicken nuggets versus fresh ones in my air fryer

Honestly, I grabbed a bag of frozen nuggets and also made some from scratch with ground chicken and panko. The fresh ones came out way crispier and tasted better after 12 minutes at 380. Anyone have a go-to recipe for homemade nuggets?

way crispier and tasted better"... I don't know, I always find the frozen ones more reliable. The fresh ones can get dry so fast. My air fryer seems to love the frozen stuff straight from the bag.

Your point about frozen being reliable is why we buy so much processed food now.
