Just wrapped my first cosplay build for an upcoming con and the wig turned out way better than I thought it would

I spent like 4 hours on a cheap Amazon wig trying to style it like a Sailor Moon character and somehow the bangs actually lay flat now, anyone else have that one prop or piece that just clicks after you mess it up a few times?

Wait, are you talking about Sailor Moon or the new Sailor Guardians reboot? Because the bangs thing is totally a classic Sailor Moon struggle, but the new series has way simpler wigs. I spent three hours trying to get Usagi's odango to sit right and ended up hot gluing them to a headband. Still worth it when someone at the con actually recognized the character.

Did you try cutting the buns in half to make them flatter?
