My 12 year old spoiled the One Piece episode for me and I kinda needed to hear what she said
Last Tuesday I'm on the couch finally getting to episode 1015, and my kid walks in and goes "he's not even the strongest, he just never quits." I was annoyed for like ten minutes, but she was basically summing up the whole show better than I ever could. I've been watching since the 4Kids days and somehow I was still treating it like a power ranking instead of a story about stubbornness. So now I'm rewatching Water 7 with her and seeing it totally different. Any of you ever get a take from a kid that fixed a show you thought you already knew?
