That one client who called me back 4 times for the same outlet sparking issue
Had a guy in a 1920s house in Alexandria who kept saying the outlet sparked every time he plugged in a space heater, and after three trips I finally got him to admit he was using a 15-amp heater on a 20-amp circuit with aluminum wiring. Has anyone else dealt with a customer who just won't tell you the whole problem until you dig it out of them?

Four calls later and he still thought the wiring wasn't the issue.

@samward I had the same thing with a dryer guy who swore it was the outlet.
