Hit 100 consecutive days of logging my water intake and it felt weirdly important

I started tracking how much water I drink back in January just to see if I was dehydrated. Turns out hitting 100 days straight made me realize how small habits stack up, like I went from constant headaches to maybe one a week. Has anyone else noticed a random milestone like that change how you see something simple?

100 days of logging is SUCH a big deal and @webb.victor your sleep tracking is exactly the same kind of thing. I started writing down my mood every day just to see patterns and after 80 days I noticed I was way more anxious on days I skipped breakfast. Now I literally cannot forget to eat in the morning because my log reminds me how grumpy I get. It's crazy how putting a number or a feeling down on paper makes you actually DO something about it.

Same thing happened to me with tracking my sleep. I started doing it out of curiosity and after 90 days I realized I was getting way more consistent rest just from being aware of it. Never expected a simple log to actually change my daily habits that much.
