Pro tip: sometimes the customer isn't right, and you gotta say no
Honestly, last Thursday at the cafe, this guy, Mark, wanted a refund on a completely empty iced coffee he'd bought an hour before. He said it 'wasn't strong enough'. Ngl, I told him no, because he drank the whole thing. Everyone online says to just refund anything to keep the peace, but that just teaches people they can get free stuff. Has anyone else had to stand their ground on a totally unreasonable refund request?

Ugh, reminds me of my brother at weddings. Always grabs a full glass before the toast even starts.

My cousin Mark did that at my sister's wedding last year. He ended up with a full glass of champagne and the toast was with sparkling cider. The look on his face when he took that first sip was pretty funny. He just quietly put it down and grabbed a cider glass instead.
