Spent $40 on a good pair of insoles and I'm not sure if it's worth it
My feet were killing me after every shift, so I bought these fancy gel insoles. They feel better for the first hour, but then it's like they just give up. Anyone else try something for foot pain that actually lasted?

Maybe the insoles are fine, but your shoes are the real problem (worn out soles can't be fixed by just adding stuff inside).

You're right about worn out soles, @avery389. How do you tell when a shoe is just too far gone for new insoles to help? I've held onto some pairs way too long.
