Showerthought: I used to think 'just wake up earlier' was useless advice for my morning rush.

I tried it for a week, setting my alarm for 5:30 AM instead of 6:45. Having that quiet hour to drink coffee and plan my day before anyone else is up completely changed my stress level. Has anyone else found a simple change that actually worked for them?

Totally get it. I started laying out my clothes and packing my lunch the night before, which sounds so basic but it cuts my morning panic in half. That extra ten minutes of sleep feels like a gift now.
