Warning: I just found out my 'bullet journal' was actually a regular notebook for 6 months

My friend saw me using a ruler to draw lines and said, 'You know the dots are there to guide you, right?' Anyone else miss something that obvious?

My buddy bought a fancy French press and was boiling water in a regular pot for weeks. He'd complain the coffee tasted weak. Turns out he never read the part about needing to actually put the grounds in the top chamber, he was just pouring hot water over the empty filter. The look on his face when I made a cup correctly was priceless.

Okay so he was basically just drinking hot water with a hint of metal flavor for weeks. That's a new level of commitment to not reading instructions. I hope you charged him for that coffee lesson. The real tragedy is he probably thought fancy coffee just tasted like sadness.
