A client in Denver told me something that changed my pricing.

Finished a big tile job for a restaurant owner. He looked at the floor and said, 'This is the cleanest install I've ever seen, you should charge more.' That one comment gave me the push to raise my rates by 15% across the board. Anyone else have a moment where a single piece of feedback made you change your business model?

Raising prices based on one client's nice comment seems like a pretty risky move to me.
