Debate: Should you refund a angry customer or hold your ground?
Last month in my shop, a guy demanded his money back after his own dog chewed the bait box I installed. I told him no and he left a 1-star review. On the flip side, my buddy refunds everyone and says it's cheaper in the long run. Which side are you on?

Hold up, his dog chewed the box and he still wanted a refund? That's wild. I can't believe some people actually try that kind of stuff. You were right to say no, that's not your problem. Your buddy is just asking for trouble refunding everyone, it only encourages bad behavior.

Had a buddy once that let a customer return a video game that was clearly scratched up from being used as a coaster, figured it wasn't worth the fight. Next thing you know that guy brings back his entire game collection covered in coffee rings and pizza grease trying to pull the same thing. Some people just don't know where to draw the line I guess.
