Shoutout to a simple CRM for my small team

I spent about $40 a month on a basic CRM after trying to track leads in a notebook. It cut my follow-up time in half because I could see who I hadn't called in a week. Anyone else find a cheap tool that actually worked for them?

Upgrading from a notebook is a huge win. I used to scribble on sticky notes and lose half of them. My cheap find was a basic project board app. Cost me less than a coffee a week. It stopped me from forgetting tasks and looking like a total mess in front of clients. Simple tools that just do one job right are the best.

What's the worst thing you ever lost on a sticky note? I once lost a phone number for a huge client and had to call the main line like a total stranger. That's when I finally gave up on paper too.
