Used to roll my eyes at people who said a single phone call could change everything about how they run things, lol. But honestly, I had a similar moment when a random vendor called me at 6am about a tracking issue, and it completely flipped my approach to logistics. I need a solid hour of coffee and staring at a wall before I can even process a simple text, let alone a full conversation about tracking issues. Spreadsheets are bad enough during normal business hours, I can't imagine getting a wake-up call about one. You've got a superhuman level of patience that I definitely do not have.
