Tried a flashy new CRM for 3 months - total waste of $200 a month.
I was hoping to save time juggling estimates and invoices. Instead I spent hours fixing duplicate entries and lost two big jobs. What do you use that actually works for a small shop?

I used to think cheap CRMs were fine until I lost a client. Changed my mind FAST.

Whoa, tell me about it. I went through something similar with a scheduling app last year. Thought I was gonna be a productivity god. Ended up double booking myself twice in one week. One client drove an hour for nothing. He was not happy. Never touched that app again.
