Finally switched from a basic boning knife to a Victorinox Fibrox for breaking down primals, and the difference in hand fatigue after 6 hours is night and day.

Has anyone else found a specific knife that made a huge difference in your daily grind?

Hand fatigue from a knife sounds kinda extra, idk.

Thought the same until I tried one.

Right? I was so sure it was nonsense until I borrowed my friend's. My wrist was killing me after like ten minutes of chopping.
