Found a weird trick for keeping my hands warm in the walk-in

My fingers were getting stiff and slow after about 20 minutes of breaking down primals in the cold room. I tried those thin latex gloves under my normal ones, but they just got sweaty. Last Tuesday, I grabbed a pair of my wife's wool sock liners from the hiking gear and cut the toes out to make fingerless gloves. Wore them under my nitrile gloves and it was a game changer, kept the chill off without losing grip. Anyone else have a hack for dealing with the cold that doesn't mess with your dexterity?

That sock liner trick is genius, gonna try that next time my hands freeze up.

Just hope you have cleaner socks than I do.
