The chef who got canceled for a 2016 rant is now selling 40 dollar meal kits

I followed this guy from a local Dallas spot who lost his restaurant deal after old tweets surfaced. Last month I saw his kit at a farmer's market and the pricing is wild, no apology on the packaging at all. Anyone else watch someone turn cancellation into a comeback brand?
