The 'always be applying' advice is making people miss the point
Everyone says to constantly send out resumes, but I saw a friend burn out after 200 apps with no real interviews. The real move is to focus on 10 great applications where you actually research the company and tailor your cover letter. Anyone else find that quality over quantity actually works better?
