Appreciation post: that $50 knee kicker upgrade saved my back on a 2000 sq ft job today

I used to fight with my old rusty kicker on every stretch, but switching to a cushioned one cut my install time by 2 hours and I can actually walk tonight, has anyone else noticed a big difference swapping out basic tools?

Noticed the same thing with my old tools, it's wild how a small upgrade in the right spot makes you wonder why you suffered for years with the cheap stuff.

Yeah, I gotta push back on that a little, @quinnbailey. Half the time "suffering" through cheap tools just means you got the job done fine but now you're romanticizing the struggle. A new tool feels good for a week, then it's just another thing sitting in your garage.
