Lost $80 on a 'cash only' burger joint that didn't post the price right

Drove 30 minutes to a place in Austin called The Grill Shack that only takes cash. Their menu board had no prices listed, just the items. Ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, and a shake. Got the total and it was $28 for just my meal. Felt stupid paying that much for a burger when I could have just looked it up online beforehand. Anyone else get burned by places hiding their prices when you're already there?

Thought cash only places were cool, but that's just shady $80 later.

Stopped carrying more than $40 in cash after that happened to me. Now I always ask for an itemized total before they start anything.
