Why does nobody talk about the 'miracle' garlic press that bent on its first clove?
I saw a fancy one online for $45, said it could handle unpeeled garlic, so I bought it last week. The thing just folded in half like a cheap spoon when I pushed down, and now I'm out the cash and still have to mince by hand. Has anyone found a press that actually works without costing a fortune?
Ugh, that's the worst feeling. I had a similar one from a kitchen store that just cracked down the middle, left half the clove stuck inside. It's so frustrating when a tool fails at its one job, especially after you spend good money on it. What brand was the fancy one that bent on you?
