Had a day last Tuesday where every single toner I mixed turned out PERFECT and I still don't know what I did differently.
Three clients back to back, all wanted different shades of ash blonde, and none of them pulled warm or patchy for once - has anyone else had a random magic day like that where your mixing just clicks?

Oh man, that perfect day feeling is the best (and makes the bad ones sting worse).

My last "perfect day" ended with me finding out my car needed a $1,200 repair the next morning, so I don't trust them anymore. The good ones just set you up to fall harder when reality hits. Isn't it better to just keep things steady and not get your hopes up?
