Can we talk about how call center people put you on hold forever?
I called my internet company last Tuesday to fix a billing issue where they charged me $85 extra. The lady promised she'd be right back after checking my account. I sat on hold for 23 minutes listening to terrible elevator music and it drove me crazy. When she came back she said sorry and then asked me to repeat everything I already said. How do they not take notes the first time you explain something? Has anyone else had a rep forget your whole story like that?

Try calling right when they open at 8am. I got a live person in under 2 minutes that way, and she fixed my overcharge before I even had coffee.

Hold up let me defend the reps here for a second. They're probably getting yelled at by five different customers at the same time while their screen is glitching and their manager is breathing down their neck about call times. That 23 minute wait probably wasn't her fault, the system might have locked her out or she had to get approval from someone else. And as for her forgetting your story, imagine listening to 50 different people complain about the same billing problem every single day, after a while their brains just start blending everything together. Give them a little slack, the job sounds like absolute torture honestly.
