I just hit 14 hours on hold with my internet company this month
I mean, I used to think being patient on the phone was just part of life, idk. But after my internet went out again, I started keeping a log. In April alone, I spent over 14 hours total on hold with them across 5 different calls. The worst was a 4 hour wait last Tuesday where the line just went dead. What finally changed my mind was seeing that number written down. It's a whole workday gone. Has anyone else had to track their hold times to feel like they're not going crazy?

Yeah that's wild, @shane_martinez44. What were you even waiting in line for? Four hours is a serious chunk of time to just get ghosted by the system. I mean, did they give any warning or did it just cut off? Feels like they owe people something after that kind of wait.
