My cable company's service got way worse in 3 months flat

I used to get decent speeds with Spectrum, like 200 Mbps consistent. Then about 3 months ago they started throttling my connection between 6 PM and 10 PM every single night. One night I went from 180 Mbps down to 12 Mbps while trying to stream a game. Called them six times and every rep said the same thing - 'everything looks fine on our end.' Has anyone else had their internet just tank during peak hours like that?

Yeah @jason752 12 Mbps is a joke for gaming, I had the same issue with Cox and switching to a local fiber provider fixed it.

Nah man, I gotta disagree - 12 Mbps is still totally usable for streaming unless you're running a whole house.
