Realized after 15 years I was the nightmare customer the whole time
Last week I was in line at a DMV in Phoenix and got furious because the clerk took a 10 minute break right as my number got called. Then it hit me - I've been that guy who shows up 2 minutes before closing and then complains when they won't help me with a 45 minute problem. Has anyone else had that gut-check moment where you looked in the mirror and saw the Karen?

@davis.diana I heard a podcast say 1 in 3 people have been the Karen at some point. Guilty.
