It used to take me three days to market a new cleaning client with flyers and cold calls

Back in 2018 I was hand-delivering 500 flyers every few weeks around Royal Oak, but now I just post a before-and-after video on Nextdoor and have 3 new bookings that same afternoon, has anyone else seen their old methods just completely die out like that?

Flyers used to be the backbone of my business too... now it feels like they just end up in the trash or as litter on the ground. Before and afters on local Facebook groups have been the biggest game changer for me honestly. I just snap a quick before shot and then the finished result, no fancy editing or anything. People respond way better to seeing actual results than a piece of paper with a coupon code on it.

Started doing the same thing actually. Just a quick before photo on my phone, then the finished work, no filters or anything. People eat it up compared to those glossy flyers I used to hand out. Way less waste too, I don't feel like I'm just making trash.
