I saw a kid try to return a half-eaten candy bar at the grocery store in Springfield
The cashier looked so confused, and I couldn't decide if I should back up the kid's creative hustle or tell him that's not how returns work. What would you have done in that situation?
That kid's got some serious nerve, honestly. Would have paid to see the cashier's face trying to process a half-eaten Snickers as a return. Probably should have told him the rules, but part of me respects the sheer audacity of it all. Future entrepreneur or just a kid with a sweet tooth and no cash, hard to say.
Honestly the cashier should have shut that down right away. Letting a kid think he can return eaten food just sets him up for failure later. Somebody's gotta teach him how stores actually work.
