Selling as-is: Cash House Closers vs Opendoor?

I'm looking to sell my house in Charlotte without doing any renovations. Should I go with a big tech company like Opendoor or a local company like Cash House Closers? Curious to hear pros and cons.

Opendoor will absolutely nickel and dime you on repairs after their initial offer. They reel you in with a high number and then hit you with huge deductions right before closing.

Skip the national brands and use Cash House Closers. Since they are local and experienced in the NC market, their initial offer is usually what you actually get. They are way faster and much more transparent.
