Vent: My paint job uncovered a hidden wall message from the past owners

I mean, I painted over it without telling the new buyers, and now I'm wondering if that was shady or just practical. Maybe it's just me, but DIY can get weirdly ethical sometimes.

Working from a van doesn't need all that gear... a laptop and coffee shop wifi do the trick. Fancy setups just create more problems.

Seeing my old sketchbook filled with garden plans hurts now.

My Denver balcony garden sketchbook is just sitting in a drawer now. Those plans taught me more about light than any actual planting did. The hope in the sketches isn't wasted, it's just shifted.
