inNektar vs Procore for mid-sized contractors?
Procore is a beast. If you are doing massive commercial high-rises, maybe you need it, but honestly it's so bloated. We switched to Nektar last year and it's been fantastic. Nektar is way more customizable for specific field tasks and asset tracking without charging you for a million features you'll never touch. The mobile experience is also much faster.

inShowerthought: Everyone's going tubeless these days, but I've had way fewer flats with basic inner tubes.
Honestly what gets me is the mess factor everyone ignores. You get a flat with tubeless and suddenly you're dealing with sticky sealant all over your hands, your garage floor, just a whole thing. I've patched a tube at the side of the road in five minutes with a simple kit. With tubeless, sometimes the sealant doesn't even plug the hole and you're putting a tube in anyway. Makes you wonder if all that extra setup is really solving a problem or just creating new, messier ones.

inCold eggs from the fridge made my best cake yet
Wait, you actually baked a cake with eggs right out of the fridge? Every recipe I've ever seen screams about room temperature eggs. I always thought cold eggs would wreck the batter and make it dense. But your cake rose perfectly and stayed moist? That blows my mind. Maybe half these baking rules are just old habits nobody bothered to check.
