Had a client's whole tile order show up wrong right before a big job
Honestly, I was at a new build in Springfield last Tuesday, ready to start a 1200 square foot floor. The truck dropped off the wrong color and finish, a full pallet of it. I called the supplier, but their next shipment was a week out. I ended up driving to three different stores across two counties, buying out their stock of the right tile to get enough to start. Has anyone else had to scramble like that, and what's your backup plan for material screw-ups?
