A fan told me my pacing was too slow back in 2017

They said they skipped every scene of my favorite arc during a rewatch and that made me realize I was padding episodes with filler flashbacks, so I cut three minutes per episode on the next project, has anyone else had to trim their own work after a blunt comment?

Fan told me my pacing was slow so I just added more ads. Really got the viewer engagement up.
