Had to choose between following a dumb corporate rule and helping a regular who forgot her wallet. Picked the regular, got written up. Worth it?

But what exactly would you have done? Like, if someone cut you in line at the store, would you say something or just let it go? I probably would have just given them a look but stayed quiet.
