My coworker saw my weekly spread and said it looked like a waste of time.
We were in the break room on Tuesday and he pointed at my notebook, laughed, and asked why I'd bother drawing boxes for tasks I could just type into my phone.

Yeah the part about the physical act making it stick is so real. I mean, does your coworker ever miss phone reminders because they just swipe them away without really looking? I feel like writing it down forces you to actually process what the task is for a second.

Guess my brain needs the extra step to remember anything, lmao. The physical act of writing it down makes it stick for me. His phone reminders probably work better for his style.
