We did something similar at my old job. We made a simple one page site with a signup form and ran targeted Facebook ads for like $5 a day. Got a couple hundred leads in a month.

Have you seen that article about how some creators are using QR codes on flyers at coffee shops? Saw @the_mason mention it's a smart way to get the word out, and honestly, that low-key approach seems way cheaper than FB ads.
