I spent 10 years blocking people on Twitter before I realized I was the problem

Used to get into it with this guy named Mike from Ohio over politics constantly. One day I screenshotted our exchange to complain to a friend and she pointed out I was doing the exact same thing I was accusing him of - not listening, just waiting to reply. Hit me hard when I counted and I had blocked 47 people that year alone. Has anyone else had that wake up call where you looked in the mirror during a cancellation?
